You could choose to continue your education toward a master’s degree in a health care specialty. As a clinical nurse specialist, nurse practitioner, nurse midwife and nurse anesthetist you could become primary medical provider if you live somewhere and the medical care is very limited and there are long wait times such as certain inner cities or more remote rural areas.
